my son had 2years10month old but not speak all words he speak some words only its problem or not sir

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. the child will be able to say meaningful words by 15 months to 18 months of age and by 2 years of age the child will be able to say 2 or 3 words with meaning in a sentence. sometimes the child may not be able to talk but the child would be able to understand and follow the commands and orders given by the parents. if you feel that the child is having some delay it is advisable to meet thed pediatrician who will decide if the child requires any therapy or not in the form of speech therapy as well as other modes of therapy for development in social and language milestone.

Babies start to speak small words like maa and paa by the age of two yaers and make small sentences by the age of three years. Please give eggs and chicken to the baby. Also give chicken soup to the baby. Please give banana shake and ragi porrige to the baby. Please give lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds to the baby on daily basis. Please limit soda and juices and high fat foods like chips or biscuits or cakes etc. Thanks and take care
