Q.

My son had 2 spoon of Alum, but he vomited after that and got a stomach wash done by doctor. Can I give him Mucaine Gel syrup 3 ml for acidity? If not wat else can be given?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 4 years old and he has swallowed two teaspoons of Alum so it is not coustic and if if you give him a antiacid drug it’s good

A. if your child has taken alarm and stomach was was done so you can give syrup mucaine gel to the child for two or three days but take precaution for such things in future
