my son got white patches like spots on face around the nose and forehead..he is 4 months old..iam using ketoconazole soap..is it enough?or require any moisturizer?please suggest me doctor Thankyou...

Actually after consulting the near by doctor only we are using the soap..iam giving zincovit drops and vitamin d3 drops daily..it is 10 days I started using the keto soap..is it take long time to see the result doctor?? please suggest good moisturizer for my baby's face.. Thank you..
