My son got vaccinated today ( 10th week vaccination ) he has no fever or pain. But today he’s taking less feed . Is this normal

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. that can occurred you to fever as well as pain and the appetite willi improve in next one or two days so wait and watch and continue to give paracetamol or any type of painkiller as well as ice application for 2 days of vaccination
