Q.
My son got phnemonia on 6th December 2022 he was in the hospital for a week it's been almost a month now he is still coughing and it's a wet cough with mucus, why is it taking so long for the cough to go away? and usually how long the cough stays after a phnemonia ? I'm very concerned right now I'm giving him Macberry syrup for cough

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy2 years agoA. it will continue for 15 days also but it is important to see that the disease does not come again so a follow up with her doctor regularly will be required and right to prevent temperature variations around the child
