My son got fever 4 days back , since Monday night his body temperature was normal , but from today morning he is complaining of severe legs pain below the knees, can I know the reason please? should I use any medicine doctor?

A. that may be due to weakness or dehyderation due to fever. give him lots of liquids to drink. in case of fever is still there do consult your doctor in person.
