my son got dry cough and is not eating from past 4 days properly because of cough. m giving him hh Linctus but no effect and now he started congestion also what to do

You can check with your doctor on this if the medicines are not helping maybe the doctors would be able to help you with better medicines also you can give scheme to the child indirectly and also you can go ahead with giving variety the child will also help
