My son got a wound on his hand while playing with a stainless steel scale and immediately 2 hours later his body temperature shoot up to 99.5 °F. Can this temperature be due to the wound. Please advise.

Author of questionMom of 2 children3 years agoA. He got hurt at around 10.30pm now his temperature is rose to 99.8°F should i give him some medicine like meftal p or something.

I Don’t think so it could be because of that but you should not take a chance consult your doctor and get a TT vaccination done if it is required to go for because that is going to give you a better clarity also you can give Calpol to your child or Crocin to your child as of now
