My son forehead is not fully closed. center is soft. Next month he will be 2 years. please advise

See This is a personal examination would be required so I’m just going to advise you to consult your doctor ones because once personal assessment is done you let me come to know what can be the right procedure to make it proper and just close the soft spot over there
