my son fall from cycle backwards and hit his head. he is fine but sometimes he is saying that pain is there. I don't know what to do. how to confirm whether he is fine or not. which doctor should I consult.

severe headache or
excessive crying or
excessive vomiting or
abnormal movements or
lethargy or
seizures then kindly meet your doctor immediately for examination.
if none of above danzger signs zare present then you can follow wait and watch policy
for pain you can give paracetamol which will help in also decrezasing swelling on the head.
also apply ice locally.
