my son drinks more milk at least 1 litre per day will there be any effect

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist7 years agoA. Dear ma'am, make sure the milk intake per day does not exceed four hundred ml. You can use full cream milk twice daily. Too much quantity of milk might cause constipation and interfere with iron absorption causing anemia.
