my son doesn't feel well all of a sudden he feels dizzy and says that it feels he will fall down without any medical history what could be the reason

A. Hello! Can indicate Iron deficiency issues. My sister had a similar problem and was diagnosed with anaemia. Consult your child doctor for a proper medical evaluation and treatment plan immediately for this situation.
