Q.

My son does not eat food at all and depends mostly on milk. He is 3 yrs 2 months old. To shift his diet from milk to solids many suggested to give him Aristozyme so he gets hungry. But my son is refusing to take Aristozyme directly. So can I mix Aristozyme in milk? Is that safe ?

A. hi no please don't mix it , infact don't mix any medicine with food. limit your child milk intake as too much milk intake can cause low appetite and low iron level please keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture make food presentation attractive. for example use carrots beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colorful it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food. maintain proper gap between meal and snacks time . maintain good hygiene.
