my son, Divyansh is 9 years old but his wait is 23 kg. he is not eating properly toilet also. please tell us how do?

Hello mom As his motions are not normal and appetite as well , that means their is some digestion issues .. so don’t force him to eat , make sure he is well hydrated with fluids , and it is very much helpful and give mild flavoured and easy to digest foods
