my son diagnosed with hydrocele and hernia report attached..is the surgery only option or any option there

A. I am afraid the report is very tiny for me to read but usually basic treatments if they can help the doctor would always recommend your treatment and medication in the first place but if they can see in the report that surgery is the only last option and accordingly suggest you and yes surgery is actually the last option in these cases
