Q.

my son,devansh reddy is now 2 years and 4 months old,till now he only speak a very few words like hardly 2 to 3 words,how much ever I try asking him pronounce a simple 2 letter word also he will resist from speaking badly,do not even open his mouth,what else I can try to make him speak,please suggest,thank you.

A. for proper fluent speech you need to wait till 3 years of age of the child to speak in complete sentences clearly and fluently if its not so then consult doctor to know if speech therapy is required.till that time keep interacting as much as possible in youur spoken language and involve the child in language learning activities using audiovisual aids too. dont worry if other milestones are normal this will also be achieved in time at times it dmay get delayed..there are variations in children by age for this. . .
