my son completed 10 months on June 21st 2024. but he is getting a fever every 15 days once. can I know what might be the reason. he is getting teeth up and below. is it because of teething? please let me know the reason.

A. Low grade fever can be seen during teething but if the fever us high grade then better rahe a blood test to know the cause if fever and try giving more liquids
