My son cold cough he refused food which food I can give

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of some allergy or viral infection and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough and throat irritation and usually associated .
Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine .
steam inhalation would be beneficial .
Medigcines like febrrx plus / sinarest / Ascoril flu can be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
Steam inhalation is very helpful .

In such case you should try to give very light food to your baby so we can accept it easy rather than this you should add very little amount of turmeric and babies milk and also give 1 teaspoon of honey it will help to cure the cold and cough fast. Always try to keep your baby normal room temperature
