my son been having fever since last 5 days and today we got his blood reports done and his sgpt level is 58 and hemoglobin is 9.4. is this serious? doctor didn't admited him. I'm tensed

His fever keeps on and off evey 5 to 6 hours. He is 3 years old, we're bit confused what to do change doctor or wait 2 days.
