Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi it happens because of many reasons like to get parents attention kids do this ,or because of health issues like nutritional deficiencies,worm Infection etc so please spend quality time with your child,it will help to calm down your child. offer homemade healthy food. make sure your child takes meal well. keep your child well hydrated. give sunbath for 20 minutes a day.
