Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl5 years agoA. hi, children at this stage of age gain their self-identity and have their own likes and dislikes so,it is.common phase of childhood. please keep offering different dishes with different taste and different textures. make food presentation attractive. for example- use carrot, palak ,beet root to make your child's food more colourful. tell stories to your child which explains benefits of healthy eating. try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents
