ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. start with carbohydrate. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.

Go For Dal rice water porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato all kind of vegetables and fruit purée can be given to the child you can go ahead with giving different varieties of quinoa ragi oats and Suji also you should give good amount of dairy products to the child along with that it’s very important to give water buttermilk and coconut water as well
