I Think maybe your child is not able to digest formula milk immediately so you make it light for the child whatever amount of water you are using don’t add exact amount of scoops into it it reduces add little less amount of milk powder to the child support for 60 ML you can go ahead with one and a half scoops of Milk this is something which is going to make the milk light and easy for your child to digest
