my son age 3 months vomit all milk why?

A. it's quite common because of laxity of gastro oesophageal Spencer in the baby for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given

A. Hello dear parent! Avoid over feeding your baby. Occasional spits post feeding is normal due to reflux. Continue to exclusively breastfeed until 6 months. Burp your baby after every feeding session. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy
