Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. development by the age of 2 years the child should be able to speak few words with meaning in the sentence and should be able to understand all the commands and orders
given by the parents and if you feel that they are not present in your child it is important to meet your pediatrician to assess the growth milestones of the child and whether there is any need of therapy or not.
if child has good undersxtanding and follows
orders and command of the parents properly then do not worry much about speech as will eventually come. talk more with child. avoid tv mobile laptop. involve more people to interact with the child.

play different games, sing rhymes, and read stories with your child which definitely help in this

no.. no..
it seems normal
because each child is unique and grow at own pace
so first thing, please don't compare your child with others
if child is able to understand the basic things well,.or your simple commands ,make eye contact while talking, then no need to worry about it much
