my son Abu zarr of age 3yrs 5 months old frequently gets cold and cough I every fifteen day to twenty days what's the reason dr

A. what are the precautions for my son to avoid this cold and cough and what should I make him eat for his good health and what things I should avoid not to eat

A. regular cough and cold in children are most commonly associated with allergy which might be due to weather changes on temperature variations. many times simple cough and cold is followed by secondary infections. it is very common that children will have a recurrent cough and cold as well as fever before 7 years of age and after that a proper immunity is developed and then this problem will dgo away. get the child vaccinated for flu vaccine which will again help in decreasing this problem
