Q.

my son aaruah is 4 year old having iron deficiency and bit stomuch pain so what should i give to increase iron and weight gain

A. give iron rich food to your sone like-Pulses, such as baked beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, lentils, and peas are extremely good for your baby as they are rich in iron. Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable. Dried apricots, figs, raisins and prunes, nuts
