my son 9 years 3 months old recently suffered with viral fever and pneumonia after discharge from hospital in the ultrasound scan was checked and in that scanning result is mild splenomegaly..tell me about this

A. ok, infection or due to chronic systemic diseases is the common cause of splenomegaly. it will be better to consult your treating doctor to find out the actual cause after examination n its management
