my son 9 months old, he is on formula feed and homemade cerelac 2 meals a day. recently he vomits all food whatever he ate and especially after eating(when burping).this happens weekly twice. is this serious concern? I gave semi solid food 1 hr after milk(120 ml) he is teething

A. the baby is around 9 months of age is baby is having heating baby will be irritable but it cannot be related to the vomiting of food baby is taking
