my son 8months he suffering with cold and cough consulted with doctor antibiotics syrup levocitrazine ,asthalin for nebulizer,levo salbutamol prescribed two days completed medication .sounds coming sir .plz suggest me sir

A. it may take up to a week also for the symptoms to get resolve should not worry continue the medicine given by the doctor and observe cold and cough is usually a viral infection for which you can give relent plus syrup to the baby and can put nasoclear drops into the nose to relieve nasal congestion

A. antibiotics will take a couple of days to show results.plesase complete the entire course of antibiotics. do not miss even a single dose. along with that breastfeed well and let the baby eat a such of solid or semi solid food. don't forcefully feed touch food. eve after the entire course is completed if it doesn't reduce then better to consult your pediatrician itself again. take care.
