Hi mommy Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk Give seasonal fruits vegetables kiwi apple banana mango watermelon juice etc You can also use Philips Avent’s baby food maker Available online It has many benefits like you can simply put a combination of fruits vegetables you want to feed into baby’s food steamers and the ingredients are evenly cooked without boiling and then blend it So simple from finely blended purée to chunkier texture it’s simple to use #ParentYourWay
