Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. it is very important to give plenty of water to drink which will help in maintaining hydration of the body and that will help in maintaining the normal temperature and if the temperature in the armpit is hundred or more then only have to consider it as fever. if you feel that the child is not behaving normally then wait for one day and if it continues then meet your doctor for examination
