my son 5yr 11 months who is having adenoid.. he is frequently having ear pain . pls advice any solution and what measures is urgently need to get ridof his frequent infection

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a propehjir examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

The final option to get rid of adenoids as a minor surgery surgery and the year will happen on and off the fever happens on breathing as it could be there because of this adenoid issue so if you can check with your doctor and if they suggest you you should get the surgery done
