my son 50days old, March 26th 1st dose injection given now the injected region swelled and reddish. Kindly suggest medication

painless lump may persist for 2 to 3 weeks . nothing o worry about.
if it's painful or baby not moving leg beyond 48 hours of vaçcination then consult with your doctor for examination and treatment for the same.
apply ice if necessary
