Ginger juice mixed with honey can be given to the child with a pinch of black pepper otherwise you can try using this Ayurvedic medicine and crosscheck with your doctor before you give it to the child I would recommend you to give 1/4 teaspoon of dabur sitopaladi churna little bit of honey and you are not supposed to give water for at least 40 minutes on top of that
