my son 5 years old, he is drink 500 ml milk everyday is that suteable for him?

It is a good amount so if you want to increase the amount if your child likes to have more milk then you can increase one more glass of milk up on an every day basis but otherwise if you do not want to do it this much amount is definitely sufficient because it’s important for a child or at least have two glasses of milk regularly
