Q.

my son 4yr 3months is having fever from last night we have given him calpol no symptoms of cough and cold please guide

A. it may be die ti viral. Temperature more tham 99 is fever. Give paracetamol for fever and can be given 3 to 4 times in a day . If temperature does not comes down in 2 days then baby need a proper examination as it may be any other infection
