my son 4years old is suffering from sever cough from 3 days.from yesterday night when he sleeps cough more .at day time not suffering .night time he has blocked nose.im keeping steam .but not sleeping well with it .pls suggest any remedy to sleep better.

Cough along with Cold most of the time is a  viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough.
if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fevergd and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

Hello dear parent, you should give steam to Uou r child for few minutes and several times in a day. As steam actually helps in opening up nasal passages and also clears congestion of the baby. 
Also apply Vicks baby rub on baby's chest.
