my son 4years 10months old and extra teeth is growing in between the upper two teeth. why is that any problem?

That means the permanent teeth has already started to come if the entire set was already there in the new one is coming now that means a new permanent teeth has already started to come in early age currently I would recommend you to please see a dentist
