my son 4 yrs 22 kgs is having ear pain and fever... I gave him meftal p syrup 7.5 ml.... how many times can I give meftal and dosage... should I use any ear drops

Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, metal can be guven in a gap of 6hours. But give only when temperature is h I her than 101 degrees. Under that you can give crocin. Also do cold fomentation to reduce the temperature . Good luck and take care
