NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello your child weight is low and if the child is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS food in the diet and also give fruits and vegetables and dairy products which can help in the baby growth
