Q.

My son 4 and half years old. He always play and jump the top of the sofa.. or try to upwards of the shelves.. we are worried about his foot bone in future these activities are affect his foot

A. yes if the balance is not proper this is just a habit in your child which can be changed. you can either divert the child or you can talk with the child to change the habit. many times by regular negative feedback mechanism you will be able to change the habit of the child. keep the child busy in something more interesting as well as helpful for overall child development you can take help of your pediatrician .

A. Not at all see the child have already has good strength in the feet and the bones are strong which is why your child is able to do these things that you are saying and it’s a very common in area with kids to do there is no problem in that if you still scared then check with your doctor and start with the supplement for the child but otherwise the activity is the behaviour is very normal it is not going to affect your child’s feet or bones in any manner
