my son 3years 10months old is complaining to have itching in his anus. What can be this??

A. Hello good morning !! Anal itching,grinding teeth ,loss of appetite ,stomach pain are symptoms of intestinal worms . Deworming should be done every 6 months,consult the Doctor for deworming medication .
