my son 3y1m, from 15days he's poping normal stool daily 3-4 times in school.before this he went daily 1 or 2 times , suddenly from 15 to 20days he Popping in school daily 3 times a day(morning at home/some.times.in school time , after 11am , and after 3pm finally at night) teachers feels irritate about this condition at school ,i consult a doctor about this and he prescribe antibiotic and metrogyl syrup for 7days , but same he's popping at school daily 4 times i cnt understood why it please prefer some suggeations or scenorio of problem solving ?
