my son 3 years old he is very hyper and he is cranky all time if he asking one we didn't give he is very hyper cranky and beating every one is he fine?

It is of course not fine it’s an awful behaviour and a lot of kids have also but with regular counselling only things are going to get better otherwise the child will actually get into the habit of hitting you or anybody else if the wishes not fulfilled so you need to put a talk to
