my son 3 year old. he having cold symptoms 10 days at night time alone. while sleeping gur gur sound coming heavily. Also inside nostrils I could see some white swollen region on both side (PFA). And also nearby neck swollen( PFA). please refer picture and suggest me

A. in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment. difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not. advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment
