My Son 3.6 yr old during sleep does teeth grinding, also is weighed 12 kg. Should I be concerned?

A. Hello mom it is observed in kids , their are varied reasons for it as well , it could be some mental stress they have. Been thinking a lot , other is as new teeth develop that can also be cause, also could be some sleep disorder or bedwetting , sleep taking or walking at times as well , could also be cause of worms in tummy as well
