Q.

my son 2yrs 7month he can't speak. he speaks only mama papa . Yesterday DR. done his MRI OF brain all of the function are normal but few lines described by Dr is symmetrical t2 hyper intensity involving the periventricular white matter around trigone bilateral external capsule and subcortical white matter as described likely metabolic disorder

A. definitely this needs further evaluation the metabolic disorder And further it is also advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination and for any investigations if required and to take appropriate medicines depending on the need o k
