my son 2months and 3weeks old. he is having dysentery for the last 3 days. he is going twice a day. he is active, urinating frequently and drinking milk as usual. is it something to be worried?

A. baby just two months old so dysentery is not possible as baby is an exclusive mother feed so avoid bottle feed and it continues have Spain for fever please see a doctor
