My son 20 months old and he constantly scratching his head I also tried doing head bath continuously for a week still hes doing the same, I looked for dandruff, lice and found nothing, seems to be clean . Don’t know why hes scratching, Can any doctor can advise please.

Maybe it’s due to dryness in the scalp I would recommend you to consult a dermatologist for this as a physical assessment is important sometimes it could be due to fungal infection also also they will probably run a scan or a test test to know what the problem is and accordingly they can help you with the solution
